Wednesday 16th October was Global Restart a Heart Day where the aim was to teach people how to perform CPR. For every minute a person is in cardiac arrest without CPR their chances of survival decrease by 10 % with CPR their chance of survival only decreases by 2-3% - this statistic alone proves what a vital skill CPR is.
