Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Reporting to the on-island MD, our new Head of Customer Experience bridges the gap between the customer and the local business.

  • Your role is to ensure that each touchpoint across the customer journey is engaging, efficient, and effective.

  • You will be responsible for increasing customer satisfaction rates, customer loyalty, and gain more referrals from our loyal customers.

  • Every touchpoint in our organisation is a chance to make our customers experience remarkable. In turn, customers will not only remain loyal to the organisation but refer others to the business.


Strategy Input:


Understanding each customer, their specific needs and setting a clear vision so that the entire process is transparent for the client, and they know what to expect. We expect you to build strong relationships with clients that are fostered by gathering customer feedback in real time and incorporating this feedback is incorporated into the sales process to improve the overall customer experience.


Stakeholder Engagement:


  • Actively engage senior stakeholders and understand their key needs/requirements

  • Share results and success stories to the local teams and Board.
