The Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC)

Wilcock Consulting are outplacement, recruitment and consultancy specialists servicing the gas industry by providing individuals with specific skills or by undertaking fixed scopes of work. The range of skills includes accounting, distribution, safety, marketing, transmission and utilisation. The company also provides training courses which are designed to assist companies with the technical development of their employees. Courses include: Transmission Engineering, Incident Management and Pipeline Damage Procedures, Plastic Pipe Engineering and Gas Utilisation.

The Recruitment and Employment Confederation is the association for the staffing industry in the UK. It has a membership of 6,000 corporate members and 8,500 individual members. All REC members adhere to the REC Code of Good Recruitment Practice.  In addition to providing a range of essential membership benefits, the REC offer specialist training and qualifications for the recruitment industry.
