Andrew Bowler BSc MSc DIC CEng M.I.Gas M.Inst.E M.Insp.P has over thirty years experience in the gas industry. He spent many years at British Gas where he was a Pipelines Operations Engineer working on all aspects of Gas Pipelines. As an independent consultant he has worked for clients in over 20 countries.
