Graham
Wilcock,
Managing Director
Graham has worked in the gas industry since
joining British Gas in 1971. He spent most of the 1970s
working in Scotland on the Frigg onshore pipelines. The 1980s took him to Barrow-in-Furness to
work on various offshore elements of the original Morecambe
Bay project including the submarine pipelines, hook-up and
systems commissioning.

Resigning from British Gas in
1990 he initially went into partnership providing
consultancy services before establishing Wilcock Consultants
in 1994.
He has been a member of several British
Standards Institute, Pipeline Industries Guild and
International Gas Union committees. He is currently a
Council Member and Trustee of the Institute of Gas Engineers
and Managers.
In 2002 Graham was named Gas Industry Chief
Executive of the Year.

Graham
is supported by three account managers all of whom are
experienced gas engineers. This
provides operating bases throughout the UK and also provides
clients with the opportunity to discuss solutions to problems with
gas industry professionals.

David
Haddock BSc CEng MIGasEM
Based
in the South East, David has over twenty years experience in a
broad range of downstream gas activities, from distribution
operations to International Business Development. He has gained
extensive experience both in the UK and overseas. Since leaving BG
David has worked in a variety of roles, from project engineering
to commercial

management, specialising in the design and
manufacture of Gas Measurement and Control Systems.
David is responsible for accounts in London, the
South East, the South West and South Wales.

Bruce
Robinson CEng MIGasEM
Based
in the East Midlands, Bruce is a Chartered Engineer with more than
thirty years experience in the gas industry. Bruce is responsible
for distribution services up to 7bar. He is a member of the
Institution of Gas Engineers and Managers and has served as
President of the Midlands Gas Association. |

Phil
Winnard BSc CEng MIGasEM
Based in North West England,
Phil has over thirty-five years experience in the gas industry, in
a variety of roles which have included engineering and management
on gas holder maintenance, distribution and transmission systems.
More recently he has been involved in environmental consultancy at
various gas industry sites.

Phil has served as Secretary
of the Manchester and District Section of the Institution of Gas
Engineers and Managers.
