Wilcock Consulting are outsourcing and consultancy specialists serving the downstream natural gas industry.  The company currently has access to over 1900 specialists with considerable technical and management experience developed in the gas industry.  The company’s resources incorporate professional skills including Accounting, Distribution, Marketing, Project Management, Training, Transmission and Utilisation.

Wilcock Consulting can provide design services across all pressure ranges (2bar - 85bar) found within natural gas networks.  The scope includes such projects as Pipeline Diversions and Reinforcements, Site Redevelopment, AGI's and Offtakes and other works associated with the Gas Network, including LPG and LNG Process Plants.

The following activities are included in the services 

• Feasibility, Conceptual and Detail Design Studies 

• Material Identification producing an MTO (Material Take Off) lists

• Design Approvals and Appraisals, stress analysis, Geotechnical Surveys

• Identification of Hazardous Areas HAZIDS and HAZOPS

• Safety Audits, Risk Assessments, Noise Surveys

• Provision of drawing/CAD services enabling detail drawings to be produced in various formats, electronic and hard copies

• GL5 preparation

• Production of As Laid drawings

Wilcock Consulting is a BS EN ISO 9002: 1994 accredited company.
