The Recruitment and Employment Confederation is the association for the staffing industry in the UK. It has a membership of 6,000 corporate members and 8,500 individual members. All REC members adhere to the REC Code of Good Recruitment Practice. In addition to providing a range of essential membership benefits, the REC offer specialist training and qualifications for the recruitment industry.
