| Details: | You will play a key role by optimising National Grid's transmission system design. Drawing on your expertise, your role will involve establishing system development strategies out till 2050 and co-ordinate the design, development and sanction of National Grid's investment proposals, each of which could be tens or hundreds of millions of pounds; ultimately ensuring that the transmission system meets the needs of all National Grid's users and the wider community. You will possess a degree HNC equivalent in an Engineering, Science, numerical or commercial subject. An additional professional qualification in the field would be an advantage. You will have Chartered Engineer status or ability to progress to Chartered Engineer status. |
