We are looking for a UK based Junior QS to collate data and provide information to support an electricity alliance scheme.
Experience Required:
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:
• Experience of engineering projects carried out under the ECC forms of contract, preferably options A or C.
• Experience in managing and operating office management systems including filing systems and document control distribution.
• Experience in spreadsheet development, cost analysis and programme evaluation together with experience in variation/compensation event evaluation.
• The ability to collate information and prepare reports.
• Knowledge of substations, overhead lines and electrical plant would be an advantage to perform this service.
• Collaborative outlook to contracting within construction.
Key Tasks:
• Collate and interpret scheme specific information
• Undertake cost and trend analysis
• Support the demonstration of value for money in specified alliance projects
• Identify lessons learnt
• Provide support to the Cost Assurance Representative leading this activity
There may be a requirement to travel to partner offices and client offices.
