Duration:	Two Dual Fuel Field Operations Team Managers required to manage teams of 15-20 meter workers each in the Midlands area. Duties include ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service, the maintenance of highest safety standards and the maximization of productivity through resource planning and coaching. Requirements:	A minimum of 12 months field based managerial experience A minimum of 5 years industry experience in metering systems installation Candidates should possess strong inter-personal and coaching skills along with analytical ability and the desire to learn new and different areas of the business Candidates will need to demonstrate strong team building and motivational skills and will have a proven track record of being able to prioritise work and problem solving Strong communication skills are required along with the ability to work effectively under pressure A full clean driving licence is essential Appropriate professional qualifications would be an advantage
Salary:	Salary up to £33,000 depending upon skills and experience and company vehicle
